This free and intimate virtual art workshop (6p EST), for adults, is all about creating a safe space to talk about, metabolize and creatively express our feelings in community. Virtually, we’ll have:
An icebreaker to create safety and comfort with each student
A simple movement exercise to get the body going
A meditative exercise to clear the mind
A writing exercise to get our feelings out on paper
A drawing exercise to illustrate those feelings
You will need your own art and writing materials for this virtual workshop.
Markers, pens, pencils, sharpies, colored pencils and a notebook will work for this!
