Write Your Feelings, Draw Your Feelings

This free and intimate virtual art workshop (6p EST), for adults, is all about creating a safe space to talk about, metabolize and creatively express our feelings in community. Virtually, we’ll have:

  • An icebreaker to create safety and comfort with each student 

  • A simple movement exercise to get the body going 

  • A meditative exercise to clear the mind

  • A writing exercise to get our feelings out on paper

  • A drawing exercise to illustrate those feelings 

You will need your own art and writing materials for this virtual workshop.

  • Markers, pens, pencils, sharpies, colored pencils and a notebook will work for this!
