Since I was a child, I’ve wanted to be an artist. I’d tell everybody I could and anybody who’d ask that, “I want to be an artist when I grow up.”

And here I am. An artist. Using digital art and words as my mediums of expression. After 13 years in television and film as a director and producer, visual artist and writer are now my preferred banners.

My return to art came during an intense season of grief. It’s so wild what grows from the spaces we gift our grief.

About my art:

My art is inspired by color, objects and feelings. I love testing out color combinations even though I’m a Superfan of monochrome. My hope is to put more beauty in the world and more things that make us feel. I want people to look at my art and experience their feelings at depth, be it joy, sadness, courage or revelation.

2. When I’m not creating, I’m likely reading, walking, somewhere outside or watching really good television.

3. I love reading memoirs and brilliant science-fiction.

4. I appreciate quiet mornings.

5. I am obsessed with interior design and food shows.

6. I play The Sims from time to time and it is even more fun as an adult.

7. I have two dogs, both Shih Tzus and they are hilarious. I want a third baby soon.

8. I am a Leo but have so much Earth in my chart. I love the Earthy parts of my chart.

9. I love love and I am happily in love with my partner of over 9 years.
